F adoptee 4/25/63 utica ny
I found the attorney that handled my adoption - they still have a copy of the file - but wont release anything to me. It's so defeating. They wont even release the file to my adoptive father. Where do I turn next? I've registered with NY state, posted everywhere I can and have searched but still don't have any leads. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
