My mother just passed away this year, so this makes searching hard. Her name would have been Amiee F Hunt at the time of the childs birth. One child adopted out in July of 1965, another born May 29th 1967, another child adopted out the one i'm searching for. Boy maybe named David at birth-I think he might have been born in april. Might be part Indian. Mother had Blonde hair blue eye's aprox 5"4 tall about 130-150 lbs Hospital Probably St. Joseph's or another syracuse hospital. could have been private adoption or through catholic charities. Wish I had more to go on.

So you're searching for your biological brother, right?

Contact the hospital where you think he was born & see if someone there can help you out. Someone in the records department may be able to find out how many baby boys were born on that certain day that may match your brother's ethnicty, ect. If your mother placed him through an agency, contact them too & see what they can do for you.

Also - register with the NYS Adoption Registry. If your info. matches someone else's, you will both be notified. If your brother is searching for your mom there is a chance that he may have registered too.

I have no idea on a birthdate just that he was born between me and another sybling one birth being may 29, 1967 and mine being
June 29, 1969. So about the only poss. dob would be through

april of 1968-sept of 1968. I have no idea how to come up with a dob now that my mother has passed on.. I know her and my father married in May of 1968 and he was said not to be the birth father of this child? his last name is Dodrill if it helps. I will have to find the dob in order to file anything won't I??

MY MOM HAD A BABY IN SYRACUSE NY 1965 SHE HAD MY SISTER AT ST MARY'S HOSPITAL WHERE A LOT OF UNWED MOMS WENT. SHE ALSO GAVE HER BABY UP TO CATHOLIC CHARITIES AND SHE SPOKE OFTEN ABOUT THE NUNS- THAT THEY MADE THE GIRLS GO BY ASSUMED NAMES AND SHE THOUGHT THEY WEREN'T HONEST. DON'T KNOW IF ANY OF THAT HELPS

My brother David was born March 4, 1966 in Syracuse NY, and also adopted out there. I do not know to much about his adoption nor mine. We came from 2 different families. With his adoption, our adopted parents were told to keep him away from the South side of the City, Syracuse. Please let me know if this is of any help in your search.

Was David his Birth name? I was thinking the birth date had to be late july early august. Is he intrested in his birth family?

Yes...his birth name was David Michael...but not sure what the last name was. I believe he is still interested in obtaining any and all information that he can.

You mean May 28th 1967 as previously posted right.. otherwise seeingpregnancy takes 9 mo it is impossilbe to have one born between these dates...
