Hello. What I can suggest is register with the state of New York. Also check out your local library. Also check with your adopted family and see if there is any information that they can give you. See if the know the name of your birth family. See if they can tell you what county you were adopted in.
Register with all the adoption sites that you can. Join adoption mailing lists and they will give you help and pointers that will help. I have joined many mailing lists and they were wonderful to me. They helped me and listened to me. I found my sister that I have been looking for for years.
Please don't give up hope. You will find your family. They are out there waiting for you.
Contact home delivery, montel, oprah, maury. Don't give up. You will find them.
