We adopted a son through the Chapparel Agency in Albuquerque, NM in 1982. His parents were both students at UNM and his father was a football player and his mother was into music. At the time of the adoption, the father was 21, and the mother 19. The mother was allergic to penicillin. You both kept this baby boy, born November 30, 1982, between 8-10p.m. more 10ish, for 16 days and on December 16, 1982 you decided the best for him, God Bless You. When our son was seven years of age, the father contacted the agency for a picture of him. I regret not sending you a picture but at that time, our niece had nearly been abducted at her school. I cannot find the agency so he can sign a release and this agency closed it doors back in the early 90's and do not know what happen to the records. Does this sound like anyone out there especially his birth dad.
