Adoption finalized in New Mexico was born in Arizona
I was born in Phoenix and adopted by couple from New Mexico. Searching for Birth Mother. I was born in June 1968 at Phoenix General Hospital. Medical issues cause me to search for Pamela Hoyt. She was 17 at time of birth.
