I was also born in the Presbyterian hospital in Albaquerque. Have you tried to get your medical records from them?

Presbyterian Hospital

Hey Jenny! I did try to contact the hospital to get records years ago. No luck. But check this out...one thing you can do is call Diana Chavez at 505-827-8428. She is in charge of the Policy and Procedures Bureau at the State of NM, Children, Youth and Families Department. What she will do is send you a Closed Record Inquiry and a Waiver of Confidentiality form. You then have to notorize it and send it back. That then will give you your non-identifying info. and maybe more. She will explain it to you. Needless to say, I received mine the other day and haven't filled it out or notorized it yet... Why?? Reality has hit, now I am so close to finding out about my natural family and maybe I am a little nervous! Anyway, Good Luck!!! and keep me posted on how it goes for you... P.S. have you ever been to Albuquerque? It is a great city, especially at Christmas in Old Town.
