National Adoption day 11.18.06 in Newark
We adopted our son Mark this past SAturday in Newark. It was a huge event, but so well organized and easy to know what was going on. Gov. They had a really nice reception. WIth lots of gifts, free family photos, plaques lunch and even Gov. Corzine made an appearance.
I must say it has been he___ from placement to finalization but the actual adoption day was well organzied and very smooth. ![]() |

Congrats on your adoption!
It is always seems to take forever to get to that day, but when the day gets there, it is like a breathe of fresh air. I have been there 4 times, but never around the time of national adoption day - I heard that it is truly memorable! Again, congrats!!!! ![]()
