Appeal has been denied!!!!
WE just got word today during our monthly visit with our SWer that the appeal has been denied. THANK GOD!!!! The bio mom can now appeal to the Surpreme Court and has 20 days to do so. We are being told that is not going to happen. So.....as of July 31st we will be able to have all our paperwork sent to the lawyers and get a court date!!!!!!!! I can't believe we are going to get to the end of this. Please keep our family in your prayers as we wait for the 31st to come and go.
WE are SO EXCITED!!!!!

  See there are angels out there looking over you and your family! Congrats on getting this far. Now, just keep your prayers going until the 20 day period is over .. and then you are on to the final step ... making the kids yours forever!

ADOPTED (all placements through fost/adopt - all placed w/ us as infants from hospital): Joshua - 9 years old (adopted 27 months of age) Erich - 6 years old (adopted at 15 months of age) Kaelynn - 5 years old (adopted at age 3) Hannah - 4 1/2 years old (adopted at age 1) FOSTERING, NOW LEGALLY FREE FOR ADOPTION!: Our little angel girl has arrived, Baby N, born Sept '06, now 20 months old (She just became legally free 5-16 and we are in the process of moving forward with her adoption!)
