Are there any SPRU homes out there? Just wanted to know what your experience is with it and how often they call etc. Do the children often stay or are they usually gone next day?

A friend of mine is an emergency placement short term only foster home. Last year she received 55 children, mostly infants, and this year 2005 only 11. There are more foster homes in Morris County than any other county so the children get more one on one care, I think. Our first week after paperwork was finalized I got a call everyday for 10 days about children needing immediate foster care, sometimes several in the same day. But none met my abilities until the last one, who is my first foster child.
