still searching for b family dob 8/2/70
female searching for any b family dob 8/2/70 New Brunswick NJ b cert born at 4:14 am other dates on b cert oct 18 1972 and date filed sept 11 1970 what does it mean to have 2 different dates? any help would be a blessing

The 1972 date is the date the document was prepared (e.g. the date someone typed it and issued it to your parents).
The Sept 1970 date was the date the information was submitted to the county clerk. Probably just after the final adoption decree.
