Our mother, Agnes Ann Downard a/k/a Penny Downard, had eight children, the youngest was named Randy, born around 1969, his father is believed to be named Sam, last name unknown. Randy was born in Trenton, and is believed to have been raised by his grandparents. We have found seven of the eight children that Penny abandoned, and we would like to find Randy.
