Adoptee searching for birth mother in NJ

I am searching for my birth mother. I was born in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ on 7/26/1969. I was given the name Mary King and put up for adoption by Catholic Charities. I would like to find my biological parents so that I can get my medical background.

Thanks for the offer. But I was told that I would have to contact Catholic Charities directly to obtain the information that I'm looking for.
