born 1-2-1971 iso b-family
Hello to you all,
I am a 33 yr old male beginning my search for birth family. I have known for some time that I was adopted (Manchester, NH via Catholic Charities of NH - Brian was the name given by either birth parents or the agency - weighed 9lbs 8oz - was adopted by Peter and Vivian Hayes of Wolfeboro, NH) and have respected the decision to place me up for adoption. I got married in 2003 and am expecting my first child this year (2004). I would like to know if I have any siblings and would like to know any medical history that I should be concerned about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, John Rothrock |

Mr. Rothrock,
Are you certain as to your birth weight, place, adoption agency, etc? I am trying to locate a brother, born to an english mother in Sherbrooke, Qc, on 12/2/1970. Baby boy was given name of Tony on his b.c. This boy weighed 8 lbs, 9 oz. He was placed with the agency that handled english babies (Red Feather Agency) but not until late Jan of 1971. Because attempts to keep english babies within english families were a priority, it was not uncommon for babies to be adopted by families in the US. If this couldn't possibly be you, good luck with your own child and your search. Ms. Stanley |
