Navajo fe.ad. 03/22/69 Los Angeles, CA
Thank you so much for the support, info, & suggestions! Here is some more info received from my adoptive family's records (getting very excited):
Non-identifying Info: Both parents are Navajo. Mother-24: Protestant, born in AZ, worked as a Hospital Attendent (maybe same hospital where I was born!), CA resident, only child. Her Mother raised livestock. Her Father was 42 & worked as a miner in AZ. Parents unaware of pregnancy. Father-26: Latter Day Saints, born in AZ, New Mexico resident, 12 or 13 siblings. Mother deceased. Father raised livestock. No health problems for either birthparent. According to my copy of amended birth certificate, I was born at 11:24 pm which could help with the new info of last name being "Pete" and/or "Leonard" instead of "Peat." Los Angeles County Hospital is now called State Hospital. Have sent consent forms to be contacted by birthparents and/or siblings. Will register with ISRR today. Thanks again for everything...please continue with suggestions. Sincerely, Tina 03/22/69 Los Angeles, CA |
