We are pleased to announce the launch of the first-ever Adoption Wiki. What's a Wiki? It's a user-generated knowledge base about, in this case, adoption. A Wiki is similar to online message boards except that all registered users can modify the postings of other users. Members of a Wiki community collaborate on the writing of content, constantly refining a given article. Please contribute to this effort and be respectful of others' writing.

We've started you off with general categories (that cannot be changed) and several articles which are intentionally short and incomplete. You can start off by adding to or editing these pieces, creating articles for other suggested topics already on the list, or creating something totally new on a new topic in one of the categories.

No copyrighted materials, please.

It is our hope that the Adoption Information Wiki will grow into a comprehensive resource that defines the various aspects of adoption through thoughtful input from the entire adoption community.
