My bmother also at FCH

Hello, I JUST received my non identifying information from Lynda at DCFS in Helena and my bmother was in the Crittenton house from 2/70 thru my birth of 6/70. Maybe you could answer some questions about the Crittenton House. Her first name was Janet, she had a brother named Glen and a mother named Annie. I would REALLY like to get to talk to you. My email is my user ID in here at yahoo
Please contact me at your convenience.

Montana Adoption

All you need to do is write to the:

State of Montana
Department of Health and Environmental Sciences
Bureau of Records and Statistics
Cogswell Building
Helena, MT 59620

Let them know you would like the information to obtain a copy of your original Birth Certificate for medical purposes. (I have done it all, and it is the easiest way).

They will send you all the neccessary paperwork to fill out, and you return it. The fees are minimal and you just need to notarize your information before you submitt it.

Good Luck!

April
