Any news about lawsuit?

Just wondering if anyone had news about the lawsuit that was supposed to be filed today? I watched the news and read the paper today, but didn't hear anything.

It was filed today. The information is posted on the MFCAA message board at www.mfcaa.org and should start showing up in the media.

I just dropped by wondering the same thing. A big "WAY TO GO" to those families. I saw it on the news and was just floored.
