Born 2/7/61
Iwas Born In St. Louis, Mo. I Was Told That My Birth Parents Were In Law School. My Birth Certificate Is A Joke. I'm Lost.. Please Help!

Not sure if we have anything in commen or I can help. I'm looking for 1/2 brother born 2/2/1961 in PA. I know its not in St. Louis but never know what has been changed on birth certificate. Do not have much info except knowing Mother & Father name.
