ISO B/Mother, dob 1/29/79 "David"
I was adopted at 11 mo old, through the Clinton Social Services dept. I resided at a foster home in Butler, MO until my adoption in Dec of 79. My adopted birth certificate says I was born in Windsor,MO under Dr Witte
on Jan 29, 1979. I also know that at the foster home my name was David, which was changed upon my adoption. If anyone might have any leads for me I would appreciate it.
