Missouri law - over 21
I was just reading further into Missouri adoption laws, and from what it said.....
Adult adoptees can request their non-id info without their aparents consent if they are over 21. The only reason they need aparents permission is for identifying information and to sign up on the Missouri Registry....... This gives me hope that you may actually request it Christina (Dyan). Tara

The age was changed to 18!!
I just got off the phone with Missouri Division of Family Services/Adoption Information Registry (800) 554-2222. They confirmed for me the age for adult adoptees has been changed to 18. Here is the bill I found on the web,
