Looking for adopted Bell siblings , mother Patty A. Brown Jackson Co. Mo. 1984

Hello I am trying to help my friend Tina (Athena Bell) find her brother and sister who were taken along with her from there biological mom Patty A. (Brown) Bell.. in the year of 1984 Athena (Tina) went to live with her biological father and her 1/2 brother Rolley Joseph Bell b.d. May 3rd 1980 and 1/2 sister Janet Rene' Bell b.d Aug 23, 1981 were taken by child services and adopted out in later years this happened in Jackson County Missouri, in the year of 1984 another sister was born earlier and given up for adoption before this her name was Tina Marie Wichman she was born in 1974 if this sounds like you could be the missing links please reply as she is anxious to find her missing family

They have the same last name now

HELLO THIS IS JANET I THOUGHT THAT I MIGHT WRITE BACK TO SAY THAT I AM ORIGINALLY JANET RENE BELL AND THAT I WAS ADOPTED IN JACKSON COUNTY MISSOURI. ROLLEY IS MY BROTHER AND TINA HAS ALREADY MET HIM AND OUR ADOPTED FAMILY BUT SHE HAS NOT MET ME AND I WAS REALLY WANTING TO MEET HER SOON, AND GET TO KNOW HER AS A SISTER.
