Eastside Maternity, K.C. MO info please?
Does anybody have any info on the Eastside Maternity wing in K. C. MO? My dad was born there and I am trying to find out what records I can get. I know his birthdate and his birthname before he was adopted and that he was born at the Eastside Maternity wing.
Any info would be helpful I'm sure, Thanks

Actually from everything I found it was called East Side Maternity Hospital. The Main Library in Jackson County, MO should be able to get you old articles about the maternity home. Was you father deliverd by Dr. Joe E. Cavanaugh? What year was your father born? Email me @ maryt1976@yahoo.com put Adoption Info in the Subject line otherwise I might delete it.
