Looking for baby girl(?), born St. Vincent's hospital, Missouri to M.E. Hansen. Oct. 1952. Large family looking!

Help-My sweet Aunt died recently and we have found that she had a daughter Oct. 1952 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Missouri...My other Aunt was Executer of her estate/power of attorney and is willing to search. I've been told that since my Aunt( the birth mom) died we will have no ability to gain info, Does anyone know how to help? I just want her to know what a terrific lady her birth mom was and that she has a large extended birth family. We think we may know what her birth name was.
