Bmom seeks son 5/10/79-St. Louis
Am seeking my birth son who was born in St. Louis at Barnes Jewish Hospital on May 10 (11?) 1979. Adoption was handled by the Jewish Family Services. Any help is appreciated, I just want to know that he is happy and he is loved.

I didn't name or even see my son. I was 17 and thought it would be best of us both if I didn't tempt myself. I was very young and wanted the very best for him. I have to smile cause I got your reply on what is his 24th birthday...Karma?? Anyway, I haven't really actively searched, just wanted all my info out there in case he is curious. I suppose his name before he was formally adopted would have been Baby Boy Herfurth (my maiden name). I was never able to see any information on him after his birth so all I know is that it was handled by the Jewish Family Services in St. Louis or St. Louis County or Creve Coeur.
