Baby girl born 12/2/82 in Tupelo, MS
I need help finding Miranda/ Mandy Ray born 12/2/82 adopted approximately 2 years later by her step father. This is her adopted name. I have searched for about a year now with no luck!! Someone PLEASE help !!
