Lightbulb are you a valentines day baby? girl?

I am looking for my sister. she was born on valentines day in 73 or 74, I don't know who she was adopted by or which service did the adoption. When she was waiting to be adopted, my mom and grandmother named her michelle although she was a jane doe on the birth certificate. if this sounds like you or someone you know. please respond, she has a sister and many neices and nephews from me that are waiting to meet her (you) .

thank you
shannon [-0<

I also have many baby pictures of her, and would be more than happy to share if you are unsure if this is you or your friend.

Please contact me with any body that could potentially be a lead in my quest to find my sister.

thanks
