HI Chris, I looked at my records and we didn't have a baby that matched those birth/adoption dates. I wish we had taken care of you! I am sure you were loved by your foster family though. There were about 40 plus of us back then. Good-luck on your journey. Lynn

Hello, I was adopted through LSS. I was born August 20, 1969 in Rochester. I was placed through the Minneapolis branch I believe. Male light blonde hair blue eyes tall. I found out I was in foster care until Jan of 1970.

Hi Peter, I wish I could help and I appreciate you checking with me. We got our first foster baby in March of 1970. You were in care for awhile...Will LSS tell you who your foster parents were? It should be in your record. Unfortunately, many who did it that long ago have passed away now..including my mother. I wish you blessings on your journey...Donna
