ISO sister born 4/15/69 adopted through LSS

Hi I am in search of my half sister who was born 4/15/69. I believe she was born at Hennepin County but I know she was adopted through Lutheran Social Services. Birth mother's name is Diane Sloper. I have no clue where to start this search. I'm getting married in June 2005 and would love to have my sister at my wedding. Thanks to anyone who can be of any assistance.
