Male DOB 12/18/80 St Cloud
My good friend is looking for his birth parents. Nothing is known about his birth father. His birth mother was 15 at the time and gave birth at the St Cloud Hospital on 12/18/1980. He was adopted by Catholic Charities also here in St Cloud.
He's not done much searching, as he does not want to hurt his adoptive parents. His main concern is medical/health history. He'd also like to know his ethnic background. That's always been a mystery to him. If there's anyone out there to help, please respond.

He should try getting his original birth certificate from the state. That should have his birth parents names on it. Either that or contact Catholic Charities and ask about obtaining non-id info.
