seeking cousins & sibs, born 1953 to 1960

Our 'family' is searching for the missing members of our generation. We believe/suspect there are 3 to 5 of you out there who may have been sold or 'adopted', with fabricated birth certificates. Others may have been stolen or swapped & sold. This 'situation' stems from the acts of three sisters (our aunts) living in the Twin Cities, Eau Claire WI & Chicago, IL during these years. Two of the sisters worked at various hospitals thru these years & had access to hospital blank birth certificates (which were filled in by one of them, at least, for two of us). Some may be twins - the twins may have been split up when sold/placed. The signature of 'R. C. Brown' was forged on two of our birth certificates as attending physician in an Eau Claire WI hospital. (Different first names, but the initials "R.C." made it to the WI state vital stats office on their records. May be connected to the Hicks Clinics' blackmarket baby sale ring out of TN & GA, since one of the signatures is 'Reid Brown', who was Dr. Hicks' son-in-law (also a physician in TN, who referred patients to Dr. Hicks regularly). Suspicion of Hicks connection grows since both involved a large number of children with red hair & light eyes. Also possibility some babies were swapped. Luther Hospital in Eau Claire WI & Miller Hospital in St Paul MN were both scenes where this activity may have occurred. Suspect others were involved - other people & hospitals.

may be part of Dr Hicks

I found your post interesting, as I have not been able to find any information on my adoption. Other then the fact that my birthday was clebrated 3 times the year I was brought into the home where I was said to be adopted. They settled on Nov. 22, 1954. I have not found any adoption records that say my birthday as Nov. 22, 1954 and my aunt talked greatly about Reid Brown. Please get back to me and let me know what I can do to find out something that would help me find my family.
Thank you,

My biological mother (whom I don't know well) said she gave up fraternal twins at the Salvation Army Home for Unwed Mothers in/near Chicago. She said the fathers name was something like Avers...her name is Alice Kay Banks. She also said though, that she named the twins Diana Lynn and Michael Howard...
It'd be so great to find these half siblings....I really doubt her honesty though, but it's worth it to me to take the chance and research it.

Twins born 11-24-59

I should have done this more accurately to begin with. The twins I'm looking for were born 11/24/1959 to Louis Ayers (26) and Alice Kay Banks (16). Alice was from the Chicago area, Mr. Ayers was from West Virginia. Alice said she named the twins Diana Lynn and Michael Howard and left them at Salvation Army Home for Unwed Mothers. I'd really like to meet them. I'm a twin as well, but lost my sister 15 years ago.
Thank you,
Nina
