I am sure you do have questions...Everything was pretty secretive back then, but sometimes the foster parents did get to know birth parents during visits and could help you. I wish we were the ones. You were probably in foster care in Mpls.Sometimes if a birth mom was unsure, she would place in foster care, take the child back for awhile and then change her mind again. Then the home that had you before, would have another child and so you would have to be in a new one. Very sad for everyone. Did your adoptive parents know that about the 3 placements or was that in your records? I hope you find what you want and I am sorry i didn't have you.
