I knew many other foster parents then. If you ever need more info you could try me again. I sure hope someday to find a match. But know you were loved. Hi Cindy, Sorry I only go back as far as 1970. I am sorry you had to wait 2 years to get adopted and that you were in 3 different foster homes. You were probably in foster care in Mpls.Sometimes if a birth mom was unsure, she would place in foster care, take the child back for awhile and then change her mind again. Then the home that had you before, would have another child and so you would have to be in a new one. Very sad for everyone. Did your adoptive parents know that about the 3 placements or was that in your records? I hope you find what you want and I am sorry i didn't have you.
