Looking for Adopted Sister

I'm looking for my Sister she was born In Minnesota. It was around Aug.1982 when she was adopted. My mother and her mothers name is Constance or Connie. Birthdate in January. She is in her 20's please help I would love my mom to reunite with her. She really misses her. I was born Aug 25,1982 the adoption was around the time I was born. Thanks Jennifer Please Write me with any information
