Does anyone know???
We have a foster daughter and are going to PCS this summer. Can she go with us if TPR has not occured? She does not have any visits as Dad is in prison. Mom has already relinquished. We are hoping to adopt her once TPR has taken place.

We're not military anymore, but were many years ago. I think this is one your caseworker will definately have to answer! My first thought is 'no', I seriously doubt they'd let you take her from the area; but, each state is different and each 'section' of each state can be different too. Good luck to you.....and let us know...
Sincerely, Linny |

THanks for the reply, was begining to think no one reads this forum. I gues what is confusing is that when reading the ICPC it talks about foster children as well as adoptive. Anyway, caseworker is coming tonight for her monthly visit and we are going to tell her then. I am so scared they will take her away.
