Question Military Adoption questions for those gone though it

Hi,

Me and my husband are currently looking into doing an international adoption. He is currently active duty in the US Army and I stay home with our 3 children. He is currently in Iraq serving his second tour there.

I guess my question is how do people in the military go about adopting. After he returns this June we will be heading to Germany and I really want to know if it is still possible to adopt even though we are going to be stationed overseas.

If anyone has any good success stories or tips or webpages they could share with me that would be great.

Thanks
