foster adopt in washington
hi everyone. I had a few questions hoping can be answered. My husband and I are looking into becoming a foster adopt home in Washington State, and hoping for an infant. The questions i have are.
1) Do we do our qualifications before our application for Foster adopt home or after we have submitted our application. 2) How long does the application process normally take from application to certification . Im sure ill have more questions..lol...but those are to start me off...
