Searching for birth parents-Ft. Hood,TX birthplace

I'm searching for my birth parents. I was born on August 4, 1968 at Darnall Army Hospital in Ft. Hood, TX. I'm looking for a Clarence Eugene McDonald and a Betty Jean McDonald. I don't know if they are my parents, grandparents or what. If you can help, please contact me. I would like to know about my medical background and if possible meet my birth parents. Thanks!!
