ISO of birth father. Maryland
I dont know much about him with the exception of his name: Richard Carroll, I also know that he was tall and had blonde hair and that he was in the military. Also last know place of recidance was a town called Aberdeen, Maryland. He meet my birth mother in 1969 and I came along in April of 1970. I was born in PA and adopted by my birth mothers first husband, then adopted again by and aunt and uncle when I was about 2.
So Im just trying to find my roots and where I belong. So if anyone can help, I would be very grateful. Thanks Sheila Kay (Martell-Tindall-Reasinger) Johnston
