My mother, Constance Ann Frampton was born on 10/5/1946 in Dubuque, Iowa at Mercy Hospital.

At age 1 1/2, she was taken by the state and put into the Hillcrest Baby Fold (Orphanage). By age 3 1/2, she was adopted by a family from Walford, Iowa.

Birth Father's Name: James Frampton
Birth Mother's Name: Shirley Frampton

Her parents were married at the time and James was serving in the military; the Army perhaps?

Would like medical information. Reunion must be requested by family.

My mother was the sister to James Frampton. She is now deceased, but in going thru some of her things we found your mother's birth certificate. I have no idea why. My mother told me about her parents' illnesses and cause of death. I have some little information about your grandfather's sisters and parents.
