To all the people who may be reading this. I am starting to lose hope in this adoption battle. I was born on November 23, 1982 in Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland. All I know is that my mother was somehow affliated with the government. My adoption was closed and in DC it is wicked hard for the courts to open closed adoptions, especially in military cases. I have hired agencies and even spoken with the woman who handled my adoption. She remember my adoptive parents, yet would still not give me any non-identifying information. If someone is out there that knows anything, or believes I might be your daughter, or person who has a friend that has spoken of giving up their child between January and February 1983, but was born on 11/23/82, please let me know. I am gracious for any help, and I pray everyday I look in the mirror that one day I will discover my roots and identity!
