Adoption agency info needed

Does anyone have any information (good or bad) about this agency. They used to be called Adoption(s) of the heart and are based here in Grand Rapids MI. We are thinking of going w/ them instead of w/ Bethany. Any info would be great!

Also what about Bethany? What are the wait times and any good/bad info on them.

We are doing Domestic adoption.
