I was given some non-identifying information and hope to pursue further to find my birth parents. I have more info but I didnt want to take up too much space.
My DOB was April 22, 1970 Booth Memorial Hospital, Detroit, Michigan at 3:28 P.M. I am 34 years old, 6"0" weight 160 lbs. I have brown hair and brown eyes. My birth # is 121-70-049773. My real name is Anthony. My birth name was Phillip. My birth mother was born in Michigan in 1948. She was German and Irish decent. She was 21 at the time, 5'4" 120 lbs. She had long dark brown hair and blue eyes fair complexion. She graduated from high school and from secretarial school. She was Catholic and one of eight siblings. My birth father was born in Italy in 1945. He was 5'11" and weighed 160 lbs, medium frame, brown hair and blue eyes. He was formally educated in Italy but unknown as to how far his education went. He was employed as a brick layer. He was one of seven siblings. My birth mother released her parental rights on July 09, 1970 and I was placed in my adoptive home on July 20, 1970.
I signed my release of information authorization in hopes that this will speed the process. Catholic Social Services has been a great help thus far but I am eager to know more.
