I was born on 3/19/1969 in Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan and adopted on 4/10/1970. Catholic Social Services of Monroe County handled the adoption. My birth parents were 18 years old at the time of my birth. My mother worked in a travel agency doing desk work. My father was a welder. My mother had 2 siblings. One brother that was 38 at the time. He was married and had 2 children. One sister who was 26 and worked at an airlines. My maternal grandfather was 54 had a French background and was a supervisor at the same company for 34 years. My maternal grandmother was 56 years old had a Irish background and a history of hemophelia in her family. My name at birth was Michael Meyers.
