I now have more info to work with. I am a son in search of his bmom & bfamily. I was born on September 14, 1981. My birthname was Franklin Dean. My present adoptive name is Bryan John. Both of my Bparents were 17 years old. I was born in Detroit at St. Johns Hospital. My adoption was handled thru Macomb Catholic Social Services and finalized thru the Macomb family court division in Mt Clemens. Bmom could possibly have lived in Sterling Heights at the time of my birth. She went to a special school for the "expecting" during the pregnancy bcuz public schools felt that pregnancy was "contagious!". My father dropped out of HS in 9th grade to work with his own father in the automotive industry. My mother had 4 younger sisters and my father was an only child. My bfathers family has no knowledge of my birth what-so-ever. I think a few of hers knew. I have always looked but intensified my search when I was diagnosed with Leukemia on 12-1-2003. Not only to discover my heritage (which comes into play on the National donors list) for means of finding a possible bone marrow donor--but its always something Ive wanted to do, but kept putting off. Now I am no longer afforded that luxury. I dont wish to impose, intrude or upset your life in any way. That is definitely not what is intended. Ive just always wondered about you--maybe youve wondered about me too.
