My info:

15 yr old birthmother residing at Booth Salvation Army Home in Grand Rapids MI. Reported to be blonde hair/blue eyes, near-sighted (poss glasses?), 5'3", 110 lb pre-pregnancy weight, 4 siblings, from Antrim County MI (non-lakeside of Traverse Bay...Ellsworth, Mancelona, Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, etc)

Birthfather also reported to be 15 years old, 5'9", 150 lbs (pre-pregnancy...lol), Native American (Grand Traverse Bay Ottawa), also from up there somewhere, 13 siblings, apparently in some minor trouble for "braking & entering". All non-ID info provided by Catholic Social Services...not sure how much is accurate.

I was a healthy baby girl (Apgar score 8/10), dark hair, fair skin, 7lb 2oz born at 4:51pm. My hair and skin got much darker, definitley Native-looking by 12 weeks old. I was fostered by a family in Rockford MI (north of Grand Rapids), my adoptive family was also from there. My foster mom's name was Libby. I have heard that my bMom either came to see me, or had me with her for a period of time, and that she did not want to sign release papers at first hearing. I was placed in foster care for 30 days for her to try to find housing arrangements where she could keep me.

Any/all info, stories, suggestions, ideas, birthmoms who want to help me understand what it was like, are all MORE than welcome.
