I was privately adopted out of the Catholic Diocese in Charleston, WV. I was born at approx. 4 p.m., on December 1st, 1972. I have very little knowledge of my biological parents. The only information I was provided was that my Biological Mother was in her 20's and attending a business college. My Biological Father was in his 30's and a business professional. I also know that either my Paternal or Maternal Grandfather possibly passed away before my birth from Black Lung. In addition; the envelope where this information was kept by my adopted parents, the words "Baby Girl Anita" is typed.

I in no way wish to disrupt or disturb anyone's life. I'm left with very little knowledge of family medical history. Now as the mother of three boys, I would like to know more about the genetic diseases, average lifespan and general health of my biological paternal and maternal parents.
