Unhappy Sibling ISO Brother 1958 and 1960 Montgomery /Schenectady County NY

I am still searching for my 2 brother and am getting more anxious
about finding them, since my medical problem's appear to be getting
worse. Yesterday i was walking down the stairs and just fell down
them, not even sure how or why. It is getting harder to do my regular
stuff without a problem. It is depressing.
Getting ready to set up a day to be in hospital for a 24hr EEG

I am searching for my brother, possible birth name was Donald James
He was born in St. Mary's Hospital? in 1958 Montgomery County
Amsterdam NY. Birth mother was 25 protestant, unmarrie d. Birth father
was married to someone else. Birth mom said the case worker used to
bring him to visit her. She think's he might have been adopted in
Cobleskill,Canajoha rie or Schenectady County.

Searching for M adoptee born in 1960, Schenectady, NY
Birth name possibly Jeffrey 2 sibling's born before him
Adopted in another state
Birth mother was 27 at the time, protestant, unmarried
Birth father was married to someone else. She signed into the hospital under the name Green. This woman took him home and DSS took him away for abuse. It was cleared up by DSS and Schenectady Court to my mom's name Davis.Birth mother and sister Registered with ISSR and several online adoption registries
NYS registry said they can't help because he was adopted to another state

Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried petitioning the court to open your records for medical reasons?

Kind regards,
