F ISO Bparents 5/30/76
Hello, my asister was born 5/30/76 in Rochester,NY. She was adopted through Catholic Family Center. She suffers from bipolar depression, and 5 other diagnosis. She just started Electroshock Therapy to help. I'm searching for bfamily for her to find out some background to tell the doctors. I wrote a letter to NYS DOH and they said b/c it was medical the courts could open the records but she'd have to do it. She's too sick. Anybody have any ideas? The more info we have the better the treatment.
