Lifetime Benefits, may be?
I am sorry to hear that about your friend. Your friend may be eligible for lifetime benefits. He can probably contact About Cerebral Palsy and find out if he is eligible for lifetime benefits. He can also ask questions and get answers from doctors. Hope this helps. I wish good luck for your friend.
