sis may adopt baby with smll brain bleed

Hi there,

My sister adopted a precious little 2 yr old through the govt. last year. She was just notified that the birthmom has just abandoned another baby (her 7th abandonment). The baby is very premature about 10 wks born at 3.3 lbs. She is doing really well and this is my niece's half sister. My sister was very excited to adopt this little girl, even picked out a name and told our whole family. She was just informed that the baby has had a small amount of bleeding on the brain and may develop cerebral palsy (spelling?) or might not, also possible risk of birthmom using crack cocaine during pregnancy (that didn't bother my sister so m
