White Male adoptee born 3-19-64 in Rochester NY?, Dr. E. Townsend, Jr. Placed with adoptive family on 4-15-64. Adopted through Rochester Maternal and Adoption Services. Seeking birthmom, bdad, bsibs. Adoption Decree name was Baby Boy Lembcke, Hillside Children's Center indicates that I was possibly later named Patrick Lynch? My Mom wanted to stay at Northaven but couldn't afford it. She was 17 when she gave birth and was caring for an infant brother up to that time. Her Dad was a Printing Press Operator and my birthdad was a Metallurgist.
